Commencement
exercises first began at the Fredericksburg State Normal & Industrial
School (now the University of Mary Washington) in 1912, continuing into the
present through many school name changes and the addition of graduate
programs. All of the undergraduate programs from 1933-present have been
digitized, with the exception of 1936. University Archives has few pre-1933
commencement programs in its collections. Beginning in 2003, there are individual graduate programs that have been digitized, though there are some years when the graduate and undergraduate programs were combined. |
